Classic Mexican Red Rice Review

3 stars (on a 5 star scale) p. 90-91 Okay. A bit bland. But the salsa I used was good quality salsa (La Costena Home Style Mexican Salsa Medium) -- I know because I tried it directly on chips.

The trick to this is to use the salsa included in the recipe. be careful though with the jalapenos as it can make it very spicy.
