Classic Mexican Red Rice Review

p. 90-91

Okay. A bit bland. But the salsa I used was good quality salsa (La Costena Home Style Mexican Salsa Medium) -- I know because I tried it directly on chips.

  • The trick to this is to use the salsa included in the recipe. be careful though with the jalapenos as it can make it very spicy.
