Seared Salmon with Spinach and Creamy Roasted Peppers Review

4.5 stars (on a 5 star scale) p. 241-244 The seared salmon itself was great! Salt and pepper and the browned exterior combined to made a tasty exterior while leaving a juicy interior. The spinach and cream sauce was pretty good, but not as good as the salmon. It was slightly better to eat the salmon separately from the sauce and spinach. Yet the sauce and spinach wasn't bad; it was like a creamed spinach dish and also smelled really good when cooking. Incidentally, I used regular flour, not masa harina (Mexican corn "flour").
