Reheating Corn Tortillas in the Oven Review

5 stars (on a 5 star scale)
p. 221, among others (mentioned in some recipe instructions)

An easy and dependable choice for heating small or large quantities of tortillas: simply brush both sides of each tortilla lightly with oil, stack in piles of two, and put in a 350 degree pre-heated oven for 3 minutes. To brush with oil, I pour a little oil on a paper towel and simply wipe the tortillas with them. And, no, I don't know why the recipe recommends stacking them in piles of two.
