Snapper (well, actually halibut) with Zucchini and Toasty Garlic Mojo Review

5 stars (on a 5 star scale) p. 245-246 Terrific! I love the roasted garlic sauce. And the zucchini really does go well and balance the meal. Be very careful with the garlic though -- it burns easily.
