Red Chile Steak with Beans Review

3? stars (on a 5 star scale) p. 278-281 [I accidentally deleted my original review. This review comes from my memory as of May 31, 2006.] Not bad; a fairly standard chile. Not spicy. Perhaps the most unusual feature of this dish is that the dark sauce covers everything and makes it hard to tell from appearance alone whether a bite will be meat, tomato, or beans.
